About the role

We are seeking a proactive and organised Creative Assistant to support a growing spiritual brand. This remote, freelance position involves behind‑the‑scenes work across multiple platforms, helping to keep content production smooth and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and organise Patreon content and releases
• Coordinate podcast support and editing
• Manage email and community communications
• Upload and format digital products for sale
• Repurpose content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and other channels
• Update website and provide general admin support
• Maintain the content calendar and organise launches

Required profile

• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Comfortable using social media platforms
• Basic content formatting ability (e.g., Canva)
• Interest in spirituality, witchcraft or related topics
• No minimum education required; energy fit is valued over formal credentials
