Creative Producer Manager – 12 Month Fixed-Term

About the role

ASOS is seeking an experienced Creative Producer Manager to lead its most complex and high‑value productions. This 12‑month fixed‑term role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on production management, ensuring that creative briefs are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of complex creative production briefs, including large location shoots, events and live streams.
• Collaborate with photographers, videographers, stylists and other creative professionals to align shoots with the creative vision.
• Manage budgets, production timelines, permits, risk assessments and contracts.
• Oversee set‑up and breakdown of shoots, ensuring equipment and props are ready.
• Provide creative direction during shoots and handle logistical issues.
• Support post‑shoot asset hand‑over and meet deadlines set by the Creative Project Manager.
• Line‑manage 2‑3 direct reports and mentor junior team members.
• Drive continuous improvement of production processes and champion DEI initiatives.

Required profile

• Extensive experience as a Senior Creative Producer or similar role.
• Proven track record delivering a variety of production types, including location shoots, overseas productions, talent activations and events.
• Strong leadership and team‑development skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards.
