Creative Project Manager – Freelance

About the role

We are looking for a Freelance Creative Project Manager to join our Growth Creative Team. You will coordinate and drive multi‑media projects—from acquisition ads to product launches—ensuring they meet high‑quality standards and support Crypto.com’s growth objectives. The role is fully remote and collaborates with global stakeholders across different time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project management from ideation to execution, delivering creative assets on schedule.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, setting clear goals for all stakeholders.
• Collaborate with channel managers, acquisitions, CRM, partnerships and other growth teams to align projects with strategic goals.
• Implement tracking and reporting mechanisms to improve team efficiency.
• Manage external vendors, maintaining communication and ensuring quality deliverables.
• Act as gatekeeper for creative resources, optimizing allocation and documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, media, business or a related field.
• 3–5 years of project‑management experience in a creative or growth environment.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to analyze campaign performance and apply insights.
• Agile approach, able to adapt to changing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and results‑focused.
