Customer Experience Advisor – Retail Banking (Brent Cross)

About the role
The Customer Experience Advisor will be the friendly face and voice of Santander at the Brent Cross branch. Working 35 hours per week on a rotating schedule, you will support customers in‑person and over the phone, handling a wide range of banking transactions and queries.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customers in the branch or via telephone.
- Assist with day‑to‑day transactions, cash handling and product enquiries.
- Answer inbound calls to the contact centre and provide accurate information.
- Build relationships, identify customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Develop knowledge of Santander’s services and products to enhance customer interactions.
- Identify and suggest improvements to the overall customer experience.
Required profile
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Ability to work flexibly across a variety of tasks in a busy branch environment.
- Proactive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility for risk and fraud prevention.
- Comfortable working on a rota from Monday to Saturday, between 8 am and 6 pm.
- Team‑oriented mindset and willingness to support colleagues.
