Sales Capability Manager – Outreach Platform

About the role
The Business System Owner for the Outreach platform will ensure the tool empowers AVEVA’s global sales organisation in acquiring new business. You will own platform capabilities, governance, integrations and continuous improvement, delivering a smooth, productive and compliant experience for users across all regions.
Key responsibilities
- Define and maintain platform governance, configuration standards, role structures and compliance documentation.
- Manage licensing, user access and regional configurations while prioritising the backlog with IT and vendors.
- Lead onboarding, training and self‑service guidance to boost user adoption and productivity.
- Act as escalation point for user issues, coordinating resolution across technical and business teams.
- Ensure accurate CRM integration between Outreach, Salesforce and Marketo, handling data flows, mapping and hygiene.
- Configure automation rules, segmentation logic, workflow schedules and sequence approvals.
- Oversee list creation and ingestion using Cognism, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo, and manage prospect enrichment and routing.
- Support sales and marketing teams with campaign setup, sequence deployment and personalisation workflows.
- Define SLAs, KPIs and build dashboards to monitor engagement, effectiveness and platform health.
Required profile
- Proven experience owning and governing a sales‑enablement platform.
- Strong collaboration skills with Sales, IT, Marketing and Global Process Owners.
- Ability to manage cross‑functional projects and drive continuous improvement.
