About the role
Join Santander’s Maidstone branch as a Customer Experience Advisor, delivering friendly, efficient service to our retail banking customers. Working 35 hours per week on a rotating schedule, you will be the first point of contact for in‑branch and phone enquiries, helping customers with everyday transactions, technology assistance, and fraud protection.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in the branch and over the phone.
- Process cash transactions, account enquiries and routine banking services.
- Provide guidance on the use of digital banking tools and in‑branch technology.
- Identify and prevent potential fraud or scams, safeguarding customers.
- Build relationships, understand customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
- Contribute ideas to continuously improve the customer experience.
Required profile
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Ability to work flexibly across a rotating Monday‑Saturday schedule.
- Customer‑focused attitude with a problem‑solving mindset.
- Willingness to learn Santander’s products and services.
