Customer Success Manager – French Speaking

About the role

Encompass is a fast‑growing FinTech/RegTech company that provides a corporate digital identity platform for KYC and risk management. The Customer Success Manager (French Speaking) will support French‑language clients, working closely with sales, delivery and support teams to ensure successful onboarding, adoption and growth of the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Provide French‑language pre‑sales support, including discovery calls, product demos and prospect queries.
• Assist the Delivery Services team during client implementation and onboarding, ensuring bilingual communication.
• Develop and execute account plans to maximise user adoption, drive advocacy and identify upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with customers on training, user shadowing and KPI achievement.
• Analyse platform usage data to recommend configuration changes, enhancements and roadmap features.
• Act as the internal voice of the customer, advocating for issue resolution and product improvements.

Required profile

• Fluent in French (written and spoken) and English.
• Proven experience in customer success, account management or related roles within financial services or professional services.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to drive revenue growth through upsell and professional‑services opportunities.
• Familiarity with KYC, digital identity or RegTech solutions is a plus.
