Customer Success Team Lead (Remote, UK)

About the role

IRIS Software Group is seeking an experienced Customer Success Team Lead to manage a group of Customer Success Managers serving its accountancy customers. This remote position will report to the Customer Success Director and focus on driving retention, renewals, adoption, NPS and overall customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of five Customer Success Managers.
• Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews and set clear targets for retention, renewals and adoption.
• Oversee customer success plans for key accounts and ensure positive outcomes.
• Manage complex or high‑risk customer issues and coordinate with Sales, Product and Support.
• Prioritise accounts using data‑driven insights, identify trends and improve team performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a Team Leader, Supervisor or Management role.
• Background in Customer Success, Account Management or Retention, preferably within a SaaS or technology business.
• Strong understanding of renewals, customer engagement and value delivery.
• Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder‑management abilities.
