Day/Night Front Office Team Member

About the role
The Front Office Team Member will deliver high‑quality guest service across day and night shifts at ibis London Blackfriars. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling check‑in, check‑out and all interactions throughout their stay.
Key responsibilities
- Provide courteous, efficient service during check‑in, check‑out and guest enquiries.
- Maintain accurate guest accounts, post charges promptly and ensure security of credit transactions and room keys.
- Communicate guest requests and information to all hotel departments, both verbally and in writing.
- Promote hotel facilities and upsell services using product knowledge.
- Support health and safety procedures, report hazards, and keep work areas clean and safe.
- Assist with call screening for reservations and ensure up‑to‑date information is provided.
- Participate in team briefings and share relevant information with colleagues.
Required profile
- Willingness to work flexible day, late and night shifts, including occasional weekend middle shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow security and accounting procedures.
- Good communication skills for interacting with guests and internal teams.
- Commitment to health, safety and hygiene standards.
