DB Pensions Technical Analyst – Hybrid, Manchester

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned DB Pensions Technical Analyst to join a leading pensions provider. The role focuses on data transfer, migration, and complex pension calculations, supporting a hybrid working environment in Manchester.

Key responsibilities

• Manage data migration and transformation projects for defined benefit pension schemes.
• Develop and maintain pension calculation pro‑formas and related models.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate data transfer and reporting.
• Support the team with GMP Equalisation processes and related documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in pensions or BPA industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in defined benefit pension schemes – non‑negotiable.
• Proven track record in pension calculations and pro‑forma development.
• Strong Excel VBA capabilities.
• Comfortable working with data migrations, transfers, and transformations.
