Delivery Officer – Project Coordination for Thames Valley Police

About the role

Join Thames Valley Police as a Delivery Officer, supporting the Police & Crime Commissioner's plan by coordinating key projects and grant‑funded services. This temporary full‑time position is based in Kidlington and requires occasional travel across the Thames Valley.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project documentation, including delivery plans, risk logs and stakeholder management plans.
• Assist with the recommissioning of interventions and services funded by the OPCC, ensuring statutory compliance.
• Support monitoring of OPCC contracts and grants, maintaining communication with service providers.
• Collaborate with the Strategy and Performance team to compile data for funding applications and performance returns.
• Represent community voices and lived‑experience perspectives in service delivery.

Required profile

• Highly organized with strong project management and planning abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Willingness to travel across the Thames Valley and occasionally beyond.
• Residency in the UK for at least three continuous years due to police vetting criteria.
