Designer

About the role

Dentsu Creative, a global creative agency network, is seeking a Designer to produce high‑quality visual work that brings creative ideas to life. Working at a mid‑weight level, you will translate direction from the Creative Lead and Design Director into on‑brand design outputs while actively integrating AI tools into your workflow.

Key responsibilities

• Create design assets, masters and modular components across multiple formats and channels.
• Interpret approved creative concepts visually and ensure quality, consistency, and accuracy of outputs.
• Prepare work for downstream production, localisation and deployment.
• Collaborate closely with the Design Director and Copywriter to develop and refine integrated creative work.
• Iterate designs based on feedback from the Design Director and Creative Lead.
• Explore and apply AI tools daily to develop ideas, produce, and refine work.

Required profile

• Mid‑weight designer with strong craft skills and confidence in execution.
• Creative awareness to contribute meaningfully to idea development.
• Cultural awareness to meet professional standards expected by designers, photographers, filmmakers, and digital creators.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI design tools for idea generation and refinement.
• Ability to create and manage design assets and modular components.
• Experience preparing designs for production, localisation, and multi‑channel deployment.
