About the role
We are seeking a commercially‑minded, relationship‑driven Digital Consultant to help our customers unlock greater value from the Squiz platform. In this consultative sales position you will own strategic growth across an established portfolio of Squiz customers while also nurturing warm new‑business opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Drive new‑business sales on the Squiz DXP platform and generate upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
- Analyse customer portfolios to identify growth use‑cases and articulate the value of Squiz DXP, AI, personalisation, search and professional services.
- Design and facilitate stakeholder workshops, define roadmaps and upgrade strategies to expand Squiz’s footprint.
- Own RFT/RFP processes, lead value‑based conversations with senior executives and manage deal progression from roadmap to sale.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management in HubSpot.
Required profile
- 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, client services or consultative SaaS sales.
- Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of driving retention and expansion revenue.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with both marketing and technology stakeholders.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
- Highly organised, self‑directed and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
