Digital Marketing Executive – Organic Content Growth (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a creative Digital Marketing Executive to drive organic growth for a data‑driven football trading brand. Working remotely for just four hours a week, you will shape the content strategy, boost SEO, and expand our YouTube audience while enjoying flexible hours.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and continuously improve a long‑term organic growth strategy.
• Create engaging content for blogs, website, educational resources and social platforms.
• Grow the YouTube channel and increase overall online audience.
• Improve SEO and organic website visibility.
• Repurpose content efficiently across multiple channels.
• Identify new opportunities to raise brand awareness.
• Analyse marketing performance, produce a weekly KPI report and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Enjoys building brands through high‑quality content.
• Think creatively and commercially.
• Understands SEO and organic marketing principles.
• Comfortable analysing performance data and iterating.
• Can work independently with minimal supervision.
• Motivated to make a genuine long‑term impact.
