Digital Support Officer - Inclusion & Community Engagement

About the Role

Are you passionate about empowering individuals by bridging the digital divide? As a key member of our award-winning team, you will play a vital role in implementing our national digital skills and support program, helping residents build sustainable online connections and improve their lives.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage relationships, agreements, and contracts with grant-funded and contractual delivery partners.
• Provide expert digital advice and hardware solutions to Clarion residents.
• Recruit, train, and mentor Clarion Futures & Digital Champions volunteers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the Pathway CRM system.
• Collaborate with Clarion Futures and Group colleagues to drive digital inclusion for excluded communities.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in relationship management and project coordination.
• Demonstrated expertise in resident and community engagement, particularly with vulnerable groups facing barriers to employment or service access.
• Strong ability to work with diverse stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain high data accuracy.
• Must be able to travel across the South and South-West regions for site visits and partner meetings.

Work Environment

• Hybrid working model (3 days per week on-site).
• Primary locations: Haywards Heath, Dorking, or Tonbridge.
