About the Role
Are you passionate about empowering individuals by bridging the digital divide? As a key member of our award-winning team, you will play a vital role in implementing our national digital skills and support program, helping residents build sustainable online connections and improve their lives.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage relationships, agreements, and contracts with grant-funded and contractual delivery partners.
- Provide expert digital advice and hardware solutions to Clarion residents.
- Recruit, train, and mentor Clarion Futures & Digital Champions volunteers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the Pathway CRM system.
- Collaborate with Clarion Futures and Group colleagues to drive digital inclusion for excluded communities.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in relationship management and project coordination.
- Demonstrated expertise in resident and community engagement, particularly with vulnerable groups facing barriers to employment or service access.
- Strong ability to work with diverse stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain high data accuracy.
- Must be able to travel across the South and South-West regions for site visits and partner meetings.

Work Environment
- Hybrid working model (3 days per week on-site).
