Director, Agentic Commerce & Services (Start Path)

About the role

The Start Path Agentic Commerce & Services Director will shape Mastercard’s agentic ecosystem by identifying high‑impact opportunities, partnering with innovative startups, and driving commercial and product innovation at scale. This senior role sits at the intersection of product, partnership and market strategy, working closely with internal teams and external innovators.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the vision and mission of the Start Path Agentic Commerce & Services Program.
• Source, evaluate and onboard high‑potential, strategic startups.
• Develop and manage partnerships that deliver commercial and strategic outcomes.
• Collaborate with Mastercard product teams to shape partnership strategies.
• Monitor emerging market trends, conduct startup due diligence, and provide strategic insights.
• Drive innovative commercial models and go‑to‑market plans for agentic experiences.
