About the role
AVEVA is looking for a strategic Director to own and scale its global customer reference and advocacy program. You will shape the vision, embed the program across sales, marketing, customer success and product teams, and build a pipeline of customer advocates who showcase success stories.
Key responsibilities
- Design and scale a worldwide customer reference and advocacy program that delivers measurable business impact.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Portfolio teams to identify, activate and nurture customer advocates.
- Create compelling case studies, speaking engagements, analyst relations and marketing content.
- Lead and develop a high‑performing team of advocacy professionals.
- Establish scalable processes, metrics and reporting to track program success.
- Ensure all customer participation complies with brand, legal and approval guidelines.
Required profile
- Proven experience building and scaling B2B/SaaS customer reference or advocacy programs.
- Strong cross‑functional leadership and influencing skills at senior levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and develop teams.
- Excellent storytelling, communication and relationship‑building abilities.
- Data‑driven mindset with a track record of measuring program impact.
