District Manager – Drive‑Thru Operations

About the role

Five Guys is seeking an enthusiastic District Manager to lead multiple high‑volume Drive‑Thru restaurants in the North West England region. You will be the operational champion who ensures each site delivers fast, consistent service while upholding the brand’s quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Own overall performance of the district – people, profit and results.
• Spend time on‑site supporting General Managers, coaching teams and driving standards.
• Deliver strong sales, speed of service and operational excellence across all locations.
• Embed consistent, high‑quality execution during peak trading periods.
• Foster a culture of accountability, pride and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven multi‑site leadership experience in QSR Drive‑Thru environments.
• Track record of delivering results in high‑volume, fast‑paced operations.
• Strong commercial acumen across sales, labour and P&L performance.
• Resilient, hands‑on leader comfortable operating at pace.

• Experience managing QSR Drive‑Thru sites.
• Ability to lead, coach and develop high‑performing teams.
• Strong communication and presence.
