Employment Lawyer – Fully Remote (5+ years PQE)

About the role

We are a niche employment law practice seeking a talented employment lawyer to join our team. The role is fully remote and offers the chance to work on a broad spectrum of employment law matters for both employer and individual clients.

Key responsibilities

• Represent clients in contentious matters before the Employment Tribunal and the High Court.
• Provide non‑contentious advice, including drafting and negotiating exit packages for senior executives.
• Advise on a full range of employment law issues for both employers and employees.
• Contribute to the firm’s growth by delivering high‑quality legal services.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in employment law.
• Experience up to 15 years is welcomed.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Willingness to work full‑time or a four‑day week.

Required skills

• Employment law expertise.
• Litigation experience in Employment Tribunal and High Court.
• Advisory skills for exit packages and employment contracts.
