About the role

Join The G&E Group as an Entry‑Level Executive Search Consultant, working from our Central London office. This 360 recruitment position focuses on permanent placements for US‑based Life Sciences and Construction clients. You will receive comprehensive training and have a clear path to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and win new client relationships within the assigned sector.
• Manage end‑to‑end executive search assignments, from briefing to offer negotiation.
• Conduct market research, headhunt senior talent, and build robust candidate pipelines.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and other databases.
• Consistently achieve personal billing targets and contribute to team KPIs.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or candidate with no prior recruitment experience.
• Motivated, results‑driven and able to meet targets.
• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated resilience and teamwork through academic, sporting or life achievements.
• Permanent right to work in the UK.
