Entry Level Sales & Marketing Assistant

About the role

Myriad, a fast‑growing sales and marketing agency in Chelmsford, is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join as Entry Level Sales & Marketing Assistants. You will work on live brand campaigns, interact directly with customers and develop core sales and marketing skills.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers on behalf of well‑known brands during live campaigns.
• Apply proven sales techniques to understand customer needs and buying behaviour.
• Support the delivery of high‑performance marketing initiatives.
• Participate in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.
• Attend weekly development sessions and one‑to‑one mentoring.

Required profile

• Ambitious, motivated to learn and develop a long‑term career in sales and marketing.
• Confident or willing to build confidence in public‑facing situations.
• Strong communicator with a positive, hard‑working attitude.
• Based in or able to commute to Chelmsford/Essex.
