Executive Assistant, Brand

About the role

The Executive Assistant, Brand supports the Chief Brand Officer in driving Rosewood Hotel Group’s brand strategy across global markets. You will combine high‑level executive assistance with hands‑on project management to keep the Brand division agile, organized, and collaborative.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive 1:1 executive support to the Chief Brand Officer, including complex calendar management, meeting orchestration, travel coordination and preparation of briefs, reports and presentations.
• Maintain digital filing systems, knowledge repositories and stakeholder databases, ensuring information is current and easily accessible.
• Act as project manager for assigned brand initiatives, tracking sprints, milestones, budgets and inter‑project dependencies using project‑management tools.
• Represent the CBO in selected meetings, capture decisions, drive follow‑through and produce clear dashboards for stakeholders.
• Execute and monitor corporate and hotel brand budgets, partner with finance and marketing teams to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience supporting senior executives in a fast‑paced, hybrid environment.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with a proactive, problem‑solving mindset.
• Ability to anticipate priorities, manage multiple workstreams and deliver results on time.
• Comfortable working across regions and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
