About the role
PureGym is expanding its Executive Support team and seeks an experienced Executive Assistant to provide day‑to‑day professional and personal support to the Group Management Board. Working primarily from the London office, you will enable senior leaders to focus on delivering the company’s strategic agenda.
Key responsibilities
- Manage multiple executive diaries, design annual schedules and coordinate board and investor updates.
- Plan and execute on‑site and off‑site meetings, prepare decks, take minutes and handle post‑meeting follow‑up.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, trains, hotels, taxis and visa procurement.
- Process expense reports, authorise spend and maintain accurate records.
- Provide personal support such as birthday gifts, family appointments and occasional errands.
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, manage meeting rooms and coordinate with IT for equipment needs.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including board members and investment partners (e.g., LGP, KKR).
Required profile
- Proven experience as an executive assistant supporting senior leadership in a fast‑moving environment.
- Exceptional organisational and time‑management abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
- Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information.
- Flexibility to balance professional duties with personal and family commitments.
