Experienced Commercial Plumber – 10‑Week Project in Birmingham

About the role
We are seeking an experienced commercial plumber to join a 10‑week refurbishment project for a 60‑bedroom building in Birmingham. The role starts on Monday 27 July and offers a competitive rate of £25 per hour.
Key responsibilities
- First‑fix installation of copper crimp pipework ranging from 15 mm to 35 mm.
- Installation of 32 mm and 40 mm waste pipework.
- Second‑fix fitting of sanitaryware later in the project.
- Adhering to site health and safety procedures at all times.
- Collaborating with the site team to work safely and efficiently.
Required profile
- Strong commercial plumbing experience.
- Valid CSCS card.
- Completed Asbestos Awareness, Manual Handling and Working at Height training.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high workmanship standards.
Required skills
- Copper crimp pipework installation.
- Waste pipework installation (32 mm & 40 mm).
- Sanitaryware installation.
What we offer
- Fixed‑term contract for 10 weeks (40 hours per week).
- Rate of £25 per hour, paid via CIS.
