About the role

No two days are the same, but the tasks below offer a glimpse of what to expect. You will deliver high‑quality planned and reactive maintenance services across residential and communal properties.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality planned and reactive maintenance services across residential and communal properties.
• Carry out multi‑skilled repairs including basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, decorating and grounds maintenance tasks.
• Identify and report defects, safety concerns and opportunities for remedial works.
• Ensure full compliance with health and safety procedures and company standards.
• Maintain accurate job records, service reports and vehicle checks.
• Provide a professional, reliable service while working independently across multiple sites.

Required profile

• Holds a full, valid UK driving licence.
• Fluent level of English and able to communicate effectively with customers, team members and other contractors.
• Competence in maintenance skills such as painting, decorating, carpentry and general repairs.
