Experienced Maintenance Electrician – London

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join our team and service domestic properties across London, primarily in the Wandsworth area. You will handle both reactive and planned electrical work, ensuring safety and compliance in a variety of residential settings.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out basic electrical maintenance, fault finding and repairs.
• Perform part rewiring, immersion testing and certification using company software.
• Replace and install extractor fans, CCUs, domestic lighting, cookers, hobs, storage heaters and office installations.
• Install, test and maintain emergency lighting and fire detection systems for both domestic and commercial properties.
• Conduct PAT testing, cooker hood replacement and run CAT5/CAT6 cabling with RJ45 terminations.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of UK electrical experience.
• Possession of 18th Edition qualification; NICEIC qualification is an advantage.
• Own tools and a valid driving licence.
