Facilitador Ágil (SCRUM) – modalidad híbrida en Santiago

About the role

BABEL, a multinational technology consultancy, is looking for an Agile Facilitator (Scrum) to work on backend and frontend development teams in Santiago. The role is hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) and focuses on practical, hands‑on support of modern software architectures.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate development teams using Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
• Adapt and apply traditional waterfall methods when required.
• Manage boards, tasks and workflow in Jira.
• Promote and enforce development and QA best practices, including test‑plan governance.
• Participate in the design and validation of micro‑service architectures.
• Support integration between development, QA and operations.
• Remove technical and methodological impediments.
• Validate API integrations and flows using Postman or similar tools.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non‑technical areas.
• Ensure error traceability and use monitoring/logging tools.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in technical or agile‑facilitation roles.
• Proven experience with Scrum and Kanban.
• Practical knowledge of waterfall methodologies.
• Background in programming and solid development practices.
• Experience in QA, quality certification and test‑plan governance.
• Familiarity with micro‑service architectures and BFF concepts.
