Senior BPM Programmer

About the role

BABEL is looking for a Senior BPM Programmer to join its digital acceleration projects. You will work on complex enterprise environments, focusing on backend development and the design, construction, and evolution of BPM solutions using IBM Business Automation Workflow.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain solutions on IBM BAW.
• Model and automate BPM processes.
• Implement backend services using Java.
• Design and evolve business forms and workflow definitions.
• Integrate BPM solutions with corporate systems and services.
• Operate in a DevOps environment with automated deployment pipelines.
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams following agile practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience with IBM BAW/BPM.
• Strong Java development skills.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) is a plus.
• Experience using Jira, Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary, fast‑moving teams.
• Previous exposure to banking projects and BPM architecture is valued.
