French‑Speaking Bid Writer – Remote (UK based)

About the role

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a French‑speaking Bid Writer to join its UK team on a fully remote basis. You will work closely with sales managers and subject‑matter experts to develop compelling tender responses that showcase the company’s mobility solutions across the UK and Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse tender requirements and clearly communicate them to the bid team.
• Coordinate and manage all tasks required to complete each tender, assigning actions and supporting contributors.
• Write clear, compliant, and persuasive responses, leveraging the Bid Library and Bid Archive.
• Ensure all bid documentation meets deadlines and quality standards.

Required profile

• Must provide a quiet, distraction‑free home office environment.
• Access to a reliable wired internet connection (minimum 5 Mbps upload, 10 Mbps download) at all times; wireless connections are prohibited.
• Ability to work from an alternative location in case of outage.
• Fluent French language skills.
