General Assistant – Catering Services

About the role

We are looking for an experienced General Assistant to join our catering team at a prestigious education setting in Malvern. You will help create delicious, nutritious meals for students and staff while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and service.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of food and snacks for the college.
• Maintain a clean and tidy kitchen and restaurant area at all times.
• Provide a friendly, efficient, and hygienic service to all customers.
• Ensure prompt service and consistently exceed customer expectations.
• Keep service counters fully stocked and maintain accurate product knowledge.

Required profile

• GCSE‑level education with good written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience in high‑quality food catering services.
• Willingness to work full‑time (40 hours) including weekends.
