About the role

KÍLÉNTÀR, a globally recognised luxury womenswear brand, is seeking a strategic communications professional to shape its global brand narrative and founder positioning. Working closely with the founder and leadership team, you will drive the storytelling that defines the brand’s cultural relevance and prestige.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and refinement of KÍLÉNTÀR’s global brand narrative and communication strategy.
• Craft and execute founder positioning for Michelle Adepoju across fashion, business, culture and thought‑leadership platforms.
• Design storytelling frameworks for campaigns, editorials, partnerships, events and other brand communications.
• Identify and cultivate strategic relationships with media, fashion, luxury and cultural partners.
• Collaborate with PR, creative and leadership teams to ensure consistent brand voice.
• Spot opportunities that enhance long‑term cultural and industry positioning.
• Contribute to campaign ideation, world‑building and high‑visibility moments.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury fashion, communications, editorial, brand strategy or cultural storytelling.
• Deep understanding of the global luxury and fashion ecosystem.
• Strong editorial instincts and ability to build long‑term brand prestige.
• Highly strategic thinker with emotional intelligence and cultural awareness.
• Proven network within fashion, media or cultural sectors is a plus.
