Graduate Recruitment Consultant – Immediate Start

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our Finance and Business Support teams in Glasgow. This trainee position offers hands‑on experience in full‑cycle recruitment, allowing you to develop a strong client base and start earning commission from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients while prospecting new business opportunities.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, networking events, and leading job boards.
• Conduct interviews, assess suitability, and match candidates to roles such as Credit Controllers, Accountants, Administrators, and Secretaries.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from interview scheduling to offer negotiation.
• Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client hiring needs and delivering tailored solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development or sales with a record of meeting KPIs.
• Strong confidence in client relationship management and objection handling.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills across all stakeholder levels.
• Proactive, “no‑fear” attitude to cold‑calling and networking.
