About the role

Join Mango’s Glasgow store as a Sales Assistant working 12 hours per week. You will represent the brand, deliver excellent customer service and help maintain an inviting store environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly attitude and assist them throughout their visit.
• Provide accurate product information and advise customers to meet their needs.
• Handle multiple customers simultaneously while maintaining high service standards.
• Support store visual standards, keep the shop tidy and organized.
• Check stock levels, replenish merchandise and ensure the store is well‑presented.
• Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets.
