Handyperson – Residential Property Maintenance

About the role

Rendall & Rittner are seeking a Handyperson to join their new residential development in Fulham. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for residents and guests while supporting the day‑to‑day operations of the property.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain a positive, safe environment for residents, guests and the team.
• Deliver high‑quality customer service, acting as the main point of contact for queries and feedback.
• Proactively identify and act on opportunities to improve the performance of the development.
• Manage resident complaints and ensure issues are resolved promptly and safely.
• Build strong working relationships with residents, external contractors and internal colleagues.
• Support team spirit and collaborate effectively in a fast‑paced, on‑site setting.
