Head of Commercial Strategy

About the role

We are partnering with a private‑equity backed, internationally operating certification and assurance business to appoint a Head of Revenue Operations and Commercial Strategy. Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will lead a small team tasked with rebuilding and restructuring commercial governance and processes across the group.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Finance, Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to design, implement and monitor reporting frameworks that drive profitable growth.
• Own the customer systems landscape, ensuring seamless integration, automation and data quality.
• Shape the end‑to‑end customer experience, introducing innovative ways to win new business and deliver value.
• Lead the redesign of commercial processes, governance structures and performance metrics at a group level.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience at a top‑tier strategy consulting firm.
• At least 2 years in a B2B services environment, specifically within commercial or revenue operations.
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and drive cross‑functional initiatives.
