Head of Conference Operations (French speaking)

About the role

Lead the end‑to‑end execution of ten European private‑equity conferences each year, overseeing venues, suppliers, on‑site teams and the overall attendee experience. This senior position is based in our London headquarters and requires fluency in French.

Key responsibilities

• Own the operational standards for every conference, from planning to on‑site delivery.
• Research, select and negotiate with suppliers for event add‑ons, branding materials and services.
• Manage budgets, ensuring cost‑effectiveness and timely financial approvals.
• Plan and coordinate VIP events, lunches, dinners and after‑hours activities.
• Collaborate with venue staff to secure logistics, technical setups and on‑site support.
• Lead on‑site teams, ensuring smooth execution and high‑quality attendee experience.

• Detail‑oriented operator who remains calm under tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational and project‑management mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French.
