Head of EMEA Marketing

About the role

We are an applied AI lab building end‑to‑end software agents, creators of Devin, the first AI software engineer. As we expand across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, we need a senior marketer to own and grow our presence in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the full EMEA marketing strategy, covering brand, demand generation, events, partner marketing and customer case studies.
• Adapt global campaigns to local markets and launch new initiatives where gaps exist.
• Collaborate with EMEA sales and account teams to align marketing activities with pipeline targets and key accounts.
• Lead vertical ABM programs and targeted campaigns that showcase real customer outcomes.
• Localise positioning and messaging in partnership with product marketing.
• Design and run EMEA‑focused events, sponsorships and third‑party partnerships.
• Build and manage co‑marketing programs with resellers, system integrators and platform partners to generate pipeline.
• Measure and report on regional marketing performance and contribution to sales pipeline.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of enterprise B2B go‑to‑market experience, with a proven track record in EMEA marketing roles.
• Fluent English and ability to operate across diverse cultures.
• Strong understanding of demand generation, field marketing, partner marketing and event execution.
• Experience designing and running ABM and vertical‑focused campaigns.
