About the role

Aios Medical is building an AI operating system for consumer healthcare and needs a visionary leader to shape its talent function. As Head of Talent you will own recruitment, culture, and people operations, driving the company toward its ambitious growth goals.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a global talent acquisition strategy to attract world‑class professionals.
• Build and nurture a high‑performance culture where exceptional people thrive.
• Oversee all people‑operations processes including onboarding, payroll, equity administration, and HR systems.
• Partner with the CEO and Chief of Staff to define hiring priorities and organizational structure.
• Act as a company‑building partner, influencing how the organization operates and scales.

Required profile

• Proven track record leading talent functions in fast‑growing, high‑impact startups.
• Extreme standards, high agency, and comfort with unconventional, mission‑driven environments.
• Ability to work fully remote, async, with core availability until midday Pacific Time.
• Strong judgment, grit, and a passion for building generational companies.
