Health & Safety Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a Health & Safety Administrator to join our Customer Success Team on a three‑month fixed‑term basis in London. You will act as a trusted advisor to mid‑to‑large property clients, helping them design and implement safety programmes that drive measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver reports and predictive analytics for client safety data.
• Conduct gap analyses of client processes and recommend improvements.
• Prepare technical proposals, schedules and manage client interactions.
• Respond to technical concerns, ensuring smooth implementation and ongoing management of the QUOODA® platform.
• Communicate technical matters, product features and implementation timelines to clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with the software support team to achieve client operational and strategic goals.
• Stay up‑to‑date with new product capabilities and provide feedback to product management.
• Support onboarding of new clients and nurture ongoing relationships.
• Complete administrative tasks within Ark internal systems.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to design reports and perform gap analysis.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to both clients and internal stakeholders.
• Self‑motivated and able to work autonomously while coordinating internal operations.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and delivering high client satisfaction.

Required skills

• Experience using the QUOODA® operational risk, compliance and safety software platform.
