About the role
The Helpline and Emergency Customer Advisor role is a 12‑month fixed‑term position working remotely for Denplan, a UK‑based health insurer. You will handle inbound calls on the 24‑hour emergency dental helpline, providing reassurance and arranging urgent appointments for customers in need.
Key responsibilities
- Handling customer calls through the 24‑hour emergency helpline.
- Providing reassurance and support to customers in urgent situations.
- Arranging emergency dental appointments with partner practices.
- Processing customer information accurately in line with company policies.
- Delivering a positive and professional customer experience.
Required profile
- Confident telephone communication skills.
- Kind, empathetic and customer‑focused attitude.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently from home.
- Good problem‑solving and organisational abilities.

- Reliable internet connection and a private workspace.
