About the role

Join the hospitality team at Hanbury Manor Marriott Hotel & Country Club as a Hotel Cleanliness Expert. You will be responsible for delivering immaculate rooms and public areas, ensuring every guest experiences a clean, comfortable environment.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, including making beds, replenishing amenities, and ensuring overall room presentation meets Marriott standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of public spaces such as lobbies, corridors, and dining areas.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and service calls, delivering personalized assistance.
• Stock housekeeping carts and manage inventory of cleaning supplies.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene protocols at all times.
