Restaurant Trainer

About the role

Barlounge is looking for an experienced Restaurant Trainer to coach and develop its front‑of‑house team. You will be at the heart of the restaurant, sharing your knowledge and ensuring a consistently high‑quality guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programmes for front‑of‑house staff.
• Coach team members on service standards, product knowledge and upselling techniques.
• Monitor performance, provide constructive feedback and track progress.
• Identify process improvements and introduce innovative service ideas.
• Maintain strict adherence to timeframes and operational standards.

Required profile

• Previous training or coaching experience in a fast‑paced, high‑volume restaurant environment.
• Demonstrated project‑management experience.
• Strong ability to motivate, develop and inspire team members.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Empathetic, welcoming personality with excellent communication skills.
• Creative problem‑solver who can think outside the box and uphold high standards.
