Housing Team Manager – Lead Neighbourhood Services

About the role

This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team within a purpose‑driven housing organisation. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality neighbourhood services, safeguarding tenants, and driving continuous improvement across the portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop Neighbourhood Coordinators and Enforcement Case Coordinators.
• Manage complex casework, including tenancy management, anti‑social behaviour and safeguarding concerns.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with police, social care, health services and other external agencies.
• Represent the organisation at multi‑agency meetings and deputise for senior management as required.
• Analyse performance data to identify service improvements and redesign processes.
• Ensure consistent application of policies, procedures and service standards.

Required profile

• Significant experience in housing, neighbourhood management or a related field.
• Proven leadership and people‑management capabilities.
• Sound knowledge of housing legislation, tenancy enforcement, ASB and safeguarding.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and complex workloads.
