About the role
This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team within a purpose‑driven housing organisation. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality neighbourhood services, safeguarding tenants, and driving continuous improvement across the portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and develop Neighbourhood Coordinators and Enforcement Case Coordinators.
- Manage complex casework, including tenancy management, anti‑social behaviour and safeguarding concerns.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with police, social care, health services and other external agencies.
- Represent the organisation at multi‑agency meetings and deputise for senior management as required.
- Analyse performance data to identify service improvements and redesign processes.
- Ensure consistent application of policies, procedures and service standards.
Required profile
- Significant experience in housing, neighbourhood management or a related field.
- Proven leadership and people‑management capabilities.
- Sound knowledge of housing legislation, tenancy enforcement, ASB and safeguarding.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and complex workloads.
