About the role

AYES is seeking an ambitious HR & Recruiter to join its London office. You will receive dedicated training and become an integral part of the talent acquisition team, focusing on engineering profiles.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct recruiting activities and source qualified engineering candidates.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial assessments, and manage the selection process.
• Handle contract preparation, administration, and onboarding paperwork.
• Prepare reports for senior management on recruitment metrics.
• Participate in continuous training to deepen industry knowledge.

Required profile

• Degree in Modern Languages, International Relations, Economics, Communications, Human Resources Management or related humanities field.
• Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude, commitment, ambition and curiosity.
