Account Manager – International Recruitment Agency

About the role

We are seeking an Account Manager to join a small but international recruitment agency located near Liverpool Street, London. The role focuses on placing candidates with client contacts worldwide, building strong relationships with both candidates and clients, and supporting the end‑to‑end recruitment process.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and place individuals with client organisations across multiple countries.
• Develop and maintain relationships with candidates and corporate clients.
• Manage recruitment logistics, including interview coordination and offer administration.
• Maintain and update the agency’s CRM database with accurate candidate and client information.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure a positive, collaborative working environment.

Required profile

• Previous experience in recruitment or a related talent acquisition role.
• Degree‑level education preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• Experience using a CRM system for candidate and client management.

What we offer

• Base salary £33,000‑£35,000 (flexible) plus a performance‑based commission structure.

• Hybrid working model – remote on Mondays, office hours 8 am‑5 pm the rest of the week.
