Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join a fast‑growing hospitality brand in London. The role is hybrid, requiring three days a week in the office, and offers the chance to influence people strategy across a multi‑site operation.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior operational leaders to develop and deliver people plans aligned with business objectives.
• Lead complex, high‑volume employee relations cases, providing pragmatic commercial advice.
• Coach and develop managers to strengthen people‑management capability.
• Drive engagement, retention, succession planning and talent development initiatives.
• Use people data and insights to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Support organisational change, workforce planning and continuous improvement across the business.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, Junior HRBP or Senior HR Advisor in a multi‑site environment.
• Background in hospitality, retail, leisure, consumer brands or other customer‑facing sectors.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law with hands‑on employee relations expertise.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience supporting large frontline populations in fast‑paced operational settings.
• Resilient, pragmatic and comfortable operating in evolving businesses.
