Internal Communications Executive, EMEA (1‑Year Contract)

About the role

Warner Bros. Discovery is seeking a proactive Internal Communications Executive to support the Senior Internal Communications Manager and the VP of Communications across the EMEA region. You will help shape and deliver internal messaging, organise events, and create engaging content that connects employees with the company’s media portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in executing the internal communications strategy for EMEA.
• Plan and deliver internal events, campaigns and communications for EMEA employee populations.
• Create internal campaigns that promote upcoming TV series, films, games and the Max streaming service.
• Support diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives through targeted internal campaigns.
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and ensure message alignment across departments.
• Manage physical and digital signage in EMEA offices, including key art and poster campaigns.
• Coordinate technical setup and attendee management for internal screenings, speaker sessions and other events.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interest in media, broadcast and entertainment industries.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple internal teams and senior leaders.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
