About the role

Join Tether’s Finance team as an Investment & Trading Operations Associate, supporting the day‑to‑day activities of a multi‑asset investment and treasury platform. You will work remotely from London, collaborating with global colleagues to ensure smooth trade execution, accurate reconciliations and efficient digital‑asset workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and monitor trade operations across multiple asset classes.
• Perform daily and periodic reconciliations of positions, cash, and digital‑asset balances.
• Manage digital‑asset workflow processes, including token issuance and settlement.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline operational tasks.
• Prepare and review operational reports for senior finance stakeholders.
• Liaise with internal teams such as Treasury, Compliance and Technology to resolve issues promptly.

Required profile

• Highly detail‑oriented with strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating across time zones.
• Interest in digital assets, stablecoins and fintech innovation.
